Hello Everyone!
This week we got to dive into using our new math program called IXL. This program includes a variety of math related skills that will improve your child's math comprehension. It is motivational for students because after a skill is mastered, they are rewarded with a ribbon and a new image for their picture collection. A feature of this program is that it is web based, so students can continue their progress at home! This would be an excellent choice for extra practice this summer. We will send home their log-in information before the end of the year. If you would like the information sooner, please feel free to email Mrs. Forsman. Attached bellow are the links for two math gaming sites that are popular with our students. The combination of these with IXL, would make for a rewarding summer practice program.
